Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all molds, tooling, and mass-production products ordered from AccuMolds. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Shipping Arrangements

AccuMolds will arrange the appropriate shipping method based on product type, size, weight, delivery schedule, and customer requirements.

Available shipping methods may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ocean freight
  • Air freight
  • Ground transportation
  • International or domestic courier services

If the customer requires a specific shipping method or carrier, this must be stated in writing before order confirmation and agreed upon by both parties.

2. Incoterms

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or order confirmation, all shipments are made according to the applicable Incoterms® (latest edition) agreed by both parties.

If specific Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, DAP, or DDP are required, they must be clearly stated and agreed upon during the quotation stage.

3. Delivery Time & Transit Time

The delivery time stated in a quotation or order refers to production completion time only, and does not include shipping, customs clearance, or transit time unless otherwise stated in writing.

Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Carrier schedules
  • Customs or regulatory inspections
  • Weather or natural conditions
  • Port or logistics congestion
  • Force majeure events

AccuMolds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or factors beyond our control.

4. Packaging Standards

All molds and products are packaged according to industry standards to ensure safe transportation.

If special packaging is required (such as reinforced crates or specific packing methods), this must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

5. Transfer of Risk & Shipping Damage

The transfer of risk is governed by the agreed Incoterms.

Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt. If visible shipping damage is found, the customer must immediately file a claim with the carrier and retain all relevant documentation.

6. Shipping Charges

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, product prices do not include shipping costs.

Shipping charges will be quoted separately or included on the invoice according to the agreed shipping terms.

7. Taxes, Duties & Customs Clearance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all import taxes, duties, customs clearance fees, and government charges are the responsibility of the customer.

AccuMolds will provide necessary shipping and commercial documents but is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges at the destination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccuMolds shall not be liable for any indirect or business losses caused by shipping delays, carrier errors, or force majeure events.
