Give priority to eco-friendly materials

Give priority to eco-friendly materials:Within the scope permitted by customer projects, priority should be given to recommending and using post-consumer recycled materials (PCR) and bio-based polymers, and a material database should be established to record in detail the carbon footprint data of various materials.

Closed-loop waste disposal system

A 100% online recycling system for sprue and qualified scrap materials from injection molding in the production workshop has been implemented. After automatic crushing, cleaning and reprocessing, they are re-introduced into the production cycle, significantly reducing raw material consumption.

Supplier Responsibility

We establish green partnerships with raw material suppliers, giving priority to those that offer eco-friendly options and have reliable recycling traceability systems, to jointly reduce the overall environmental impact of the supply chain.

Equipment upgrade

Continuous investment in all-electric injection molding machines and high-precision machining centers equipped with energy recovery systems has led to a 30% to 60% reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional hydraulic equipment, and has significantly reduced oil contamination and noise.

Process optimization

The mold cooling system was optimized through CAE simulation to shorten the molding cycle and reduce the energy consumption per unit product. In one of our automotive parts projects, this optimization led to a 18% reduction in energy consumption per individual product.

Facility management

Our factory in New York is equipped with an LED intelligent lighting system and an efficient heat energy recovery device. The photovoltaic power generation system on the factory roof can meet part of the daily operational demand for clean electricity.

Design for Sustainability (DfS)

Our engineers introduce the DfS principle at the mold design stage, dedicated to optimizing product design to reduce material usage, enhance product durability and repairability, and explore structural designs that are easy to disassemble and recycle.

Lightweight solution

By applying advanced techniques such as structural topology optimization and microcellular foaming (MuCell), weight reduction of products is achieved while maintaining performance, thereby continuously saving energy for customers during the transportation and usage stages of their products.

Extend the service life of molds

By using high-performance mold steel, advanced surface treatment technologies (such as PVD coating), and predictive maintenance, the service life of core molds has been increased by more than 30%, reducing the need for repeated resource extraction and manufacturing investment.

At ACCUMLODS, sustainable manufacturing is not an isolated initiative but the cornerstone of our core business and engineering innovation. We are committed to continuously investing in green technologies, empowering our team, and deepening our partnerships to jointly shape a manufacturing future that is more resource-efficient and has a lower environmental impact.
