Additional Disclaimer for Mass Production Products
The following terms apply in addition to the above disclaimer for all mass-production products manufactured by AccuMolds.
Product Performance and Intended Use
Mass-production products are manufactured based on customer-approved specifications and samples. The customer is responsible for performing all necessary testing and validation to ensure the products are suitable, safe, and compliant for their intended application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accumolds does not warrant that any product is fit for a particular purpose unless such purpose has been expressly agreed in writing.
Separation of Mold and Product Responsibility
The customer understands and agrees that acceptance of a mold does not guarantee that all products produced using that mold will be defect-free. Product quality may be affected by raw material variations, machine parameters, environmental conditions, and other factors.
AccuMolds’ responsibility for mass-production products is limited to the terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability for Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccuMolds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or product recall costs, arising from the use or inability to use our products, regardless of the legal theory.
Liability Cap
AccuMolds’ total liability for any claim relating to mass-production products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific batch of products giving rise to the claim.
